At Lyka Jewellery, each piece is crafted and packed with utmost care. To maintain quality and fairness for all our customers, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

 

1. No Cancellations

 

All orders placed on our website are final and cannot be cancelled. We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure fast and timely delivery.

 

2. No Returns or RTO (Return to Origin)

 

We do not accept returns or RTO requests under any circumstances. Please make sure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

 

3. Damaged Item Replacement Policy

 

In the rare case that your jewellery arrives damaged, we offer a replacement of the same item.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits.

• The damage must be visible in the unboxing video and verified as a packaging or transit issue from our side.

• Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

4. Customized & Personalized Orders

 

All custom or personalized jewellery orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
